Hello friends and welcome to the very first Ask Me Anything!
I am so grateful to all of you for supporting my work
and
for being part of this worldwide meditation and dharma practice community.
Ask Me Anything & Check Out These Three Things will come to you on the 3rd Thursday (ish) of every month. Please feel free to write me anytime—you just have to respond to this email and I will get it! I would LOVE to hear your questions, comments and of course, suggestions for Three Things.
You will also receive my free newsletter, Drip, Drip, Drip twice a month, on the second and four Thursdays (ish) of the month.
If this newsletter resonates with you, please feel free to share it with friends.
And, if you would like to interact with others in a like-minded community, you might like to join LIFTING THE GAZE, my online sangha. We meet three times a month to practice together, study the dharma and have very rich discussions.
Each month I will answer at least one question and the questioner will remain anonymous. But I would like to thank this questioner for getting the ball rolling with this excellent question.

This impromptu response could be called a Self-Secret Teaching in Buddhist lingo. This refers to teachings that don’t seem to make sense. If I am working on something but not struggling, how will I ever achieve my goals?
