Wow, great substack Cyndi!

What a fresh way to think about anger, i.e. don't fight it, but rather "meet the emotion", what a wonderful concept.

Also loved the Great Vow for Mindful Activists, which is relevant for oh so many of us.

β€œStrength of mind and the power of commitment,” these are the tools that move us to continue beyond the flash of anger and into the work that must be done for all beings. Your answer is one of the most clearly articulated summations of the Middle Way as the path forward in understanding our connections to others and seeing the basic goodness of all beings. There is always so much to be angry about, but channeling the energy of anger into action in positive ways is a key to better changes that benefit all in becoming whole. Thank you!
