Love the question & answer format, that provides another’s perspective for more fully understanding Cyndi’s answer… and … hopefully … after it blooms, Sarah’s story of how Cyndi’s answer nourished her life.
Thanks so much for this Cyndi! This is beautiful. I love the idea of embracing that meditation is mostly just ordinary. I'm reading a book right now called Here:A Spirituality of Staying in a Culture of Leaving, and some of what you said here reminded me of Lydia Sohn's encounter with the Rule of St. Benedict with it's vow of stability. Thanks for the beautiful story and the insight!
I agree, I love this format so much Cyndi! I can't wait to hear how it lands with Sarah ❤️
Saving this quote:
"I’m cold. Fix it!
I’m hot. Fix it!
I’m hungry. Fix it!
I’m sleepy. Fix it!
No, don’t fix it.
Sit with it all.
Learn to be with discomfort.
Hi Carla, Isn’t it just the story of our life? That quote? So glad it resonated.

Yes! Stay tuned….and glad to know you like the format.
Love this so much!
Thanks! As a longtime meditator you know all about this.😊
What a great answer!
Thank you!
